We will never use this station again. The attendants were rude, insulting and totally not helpful. We were not familiar with the station and my husband could not get the gas to start after paying cash inside. The attendant came out of the door and yelled at him what to do but did not offer any assistance until she realized he could not get it started. She then said to her partner in the store to start it and she would show this man how to pump gas. The way she said it was highly insulting to a 78 year old man who has been pumping gas since before she was born. You need to teach customer service to your workers. There are a lot of gas stations in Wilmington, N. C. and people do not have to come to your store and we are sure they will not if they are treated like we were. Thank you for listening.
