Very unprofessional ... not helpful ... when i asked the employee to call another empolyee that did my taxes for the same company in a differente state acouple years prior ... she just pointed at the phone # and said "call Carl"
I said can u help me out alittle bit and advocate the situation for me while we all communicate together ...she proceed to suck her teeth ... roll her eyes ...then reached for the phone .... i said wait you dont have to do it ...be cause u dont want to help due to your reaction ...its cool...then she said ill do it.... said ma'am i paid for this through ur corporation... said pointed at the paper and said NO u payed CARL... i polity walked out and said have a blessed day
Last but not least i was the only client out of 3 employees
