I picked up two prescriptions in a month. First time I called prior to picking it up to give them new insurance info. The lady at the pharmacy got an attitude and said I should just bring it when I came. I did just that; however, they wanted me to wait 30 more minutes with a child in my back seat with a double ear infection and pink eye. I was not too happy about that. Second time I got all the way home and the prescription for my daughter wasn’t mixed. So here I am again with a cranky baby at nap time without a prescription to give her bc of their inability to provide quality care. There was no one that apologized or offered an explanation.
