I'm pretty pleased with Contract Exteriors and the work performed on my house, huge new doors leading out of from our bedroom to the upper porch, new covering on the porch itself, and some roof work......but, when I contacted Contract Exteriors on the 27th of April due to rain coming into our bedroom from underneath the doors, carpet wet, etc.....and to this day, no return call.....very displeased with the "so called warranty". I really could care less how busy you are, a return call is simple.

Update: Thanks Shannon for the call, it may have been I was on a flight and did not receive the call, appreciate the follow-up and we'll see you Wednesday.
