I tried over and over for them to install crawlspace insulation. They kept putting me off, missing appointments, and not telling me. They finally told me they would do it when they wanted or they wouldn't do it at all. I would never call them back.

I recently hired this company to drill an fill insulate and I will NEVER recommend this company. The first crew they sent seemed very lazy and the machine broke down 5 minutes into the job. They took the machine back to the shop to repair it. We had to call them to see if they were returning that day or what. They returned the next day only to have the machine knob break 15 minutes into the job, so they left. We called to see what was happening and when they would return. Simply put it took 3 weeks for a 2 to 3 hour job. NOT professional!!

ALRIGHT, lets talk about your company: We had to clear our schedule on 3 SEPARATE DAYS for you to finish a job that should have taken you 3 hours to finish, it spanned 3 weeks time frame. We had to call your company to find out what was going on, when you would return, if at all. We had to tell you that the first group did not fill all the holes full of insulation, they were banging on the machine the whole time to get it to work, and you left 3 holes covered with blue painters tape instead of finishing them!! For the fact that your company caused me three days of schedule change and the lack of you calling to keep us in the loop, gets a BAD REVIEW from me. The first group that came did not have the right equipment, they used a cut off top of a pop bottle, we had insulation EVERYWHERE, you finally brought the right machine, people and the proper insert to get the insulation IN the wall. Yes you spoke to my husband, he wanted you to FINISH THE JOB!! Not once did you call and ask my husband if he was "satisfied" with the job, believe me when I say, he was not happy. Also, if you would have finished the job on Thursday when you were suppose to, the WEATHER would not have been a factor. Yes you did show up and stay with the last crew that was here, but you weren't here when there were problems.
