I usually change my own oil so that I don’t run into these types of problems but I was in a pinch and I had them change it and so they put the wrong type of oil in, my engine calls for 5w30 and they used 5w20. I figured I’d just leave it and change my oil in a couple weeks and so I did and that’s when I found out they wrenched my oil filter on. When you change oil, you’re only supposed to get it hand tight. If they don’t know how to change oil correctly, then I doubt they have any business doing anything else auto-related.
