Had our landlord use them cause they installed the unit...they charged us $125 to replace a filter nuff said.....now don't get us wrong, I understand the time it takes to go to the store and buy a filter, return and put it in the unit. However, before charging a client for that work it would be nice to have the company call and see if we would like to do the leg work. They came to service our unit, our employee wasn't authorized to leave and get a filter, so they were courteous enough to get one for us and charge $125! Our total bill was almost $400. I can tell you this much, we will NEVER recommend or use this company again. Our normal HVAC company Anderson Air would have never done that without prior authorization. Smh
