As an out of town owner/manager of rental proprety in Wilmington my newest tenant needed her storage room rekeyed. we did not get a key at tie of purchase. I called these guys and talked to the owner Eric. Never met Eric but i told him what i had and he told me theyd get it taken care of with the tenant including scheduling. They completed the work when they said they would do it. The man who came out Thomas, is top drawer. He called me while on the job and told me of a safety concern he had. My tenant is a single female living on the bottom floor. Safety is everything. Thomas made sure to let me know what was up and what he could do to remedy the situation relatively inexpensively. Long story short. If you need any locksmith services in Wilmington, these are the only people you should call IF you want prompt,courteous, professional and thorough service.
